IS HBOT GOOD FOR AIDS?

The functional level of the immune system means everything to a patient infected with HIV. AIDS affects multiple systems and requires a multidisciplinary approach in treating infections associated with the destruction of the immune system, and the damage the immune system causes as it responds to the viruses hiding within the body's cells. There is strong evidence that suggests that managing AIDS with hyperbaric medicine may restore immune system function, enhance the body's ability to fight infections, directly destroy microorganisms that the AIDS ravaged body can not eliminate, and ameliorate complications related to the presence of HIV. (See HBOT in AIDS for further details)
